The role
Seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to design and manage land development, public works, and traffic projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities include preparing plans and engineering designs, managing project budgets, and coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead and mentor junior EITs, oversee QA/QC, and drive project management from concept through construction.
Strong written and oral communication and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering, 3–5 years of PE experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) and MS Office.
On-site roles located in Visalia/Clovis/San Luis Obispo, CA or Denver, CO; full-time with a competitive compensation package.
