The role
Lead the development of intelligent AI solutions for enterprise operations using GPU-accelerated NLP and Generative AI.
Own end-to-end features powered by LLMs and chatbots, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation and agentic workflows.
Design robust ML architectures and combinatorial-optimization solutions addressing productivity, engineering efficiency, AIOps, and supply-chain challenges.
Collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into production-ready ML solutions with measurable impact.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML design, experimentation, and code quality.
Drive full lifecycle ownership from data ingestion to monitoring and continuous improvement in enterprise AI systems.
