The role
Participates in commercial electrical construction and service work with a safety-first mindset.
Receives company-paid electrical schooling and on-the-job training over four years.
Installs raceways, pulls wire, mounts equipment, and performs finish work to a neat, code-compliant standard.
Reads basic blueprints and performs calculations for pipe fill, device, and panel sizing per NEC.
Tracks apprenticeship documentation, completes homework, tests, and quizzes, and communicates clearly with the team.
Maintains high energy, punctuality, cleanliness, and professionalism on site.
