The role
Serve as a Trial Attorney providing legal representation to clients charged with federal offenses in the Southern District of Indiana.
Manage an active caseload, meet with clients and families, review discovery, and coordinate investigations.
Develop litigation strategies, draft motions and briefs, and advocate in court to protect constitutional rights.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including investigators, and mitigation specialists, to build strong defenses.
Preferred candidates will have experience in federal criminal law, excellent oral and written communication, and strong research skills.
Commitment to indigent defense and public interest law, and ability to work effectively in a diverse, inclusive team.
