Le poste
Lead electrical systems design and specification for industrial, healthcare, higher education, federal government, and commercial projects.
Manage multiple concurrent design efforts, oversee budgets and schedules, and mentor a multidisciplinary electrical team.
Collaborate with clients, architects, owners, and general contractors; develop technical proposals and fee-based qualifications.
Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, NESC, IECC, and IESNA; use SKM or ETAP for electrical modeling; proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit.
Contribute to marketing and business development activities, maintain strong client relationships, and support cross-disciplinary projects.
Hybrid work schedule; travel as needed; strong communication, organization, and leadership.
