Le poste
An estimator specialising in FF&E, joinery and carpentry packages is responsible for preparing detailed cost assessments based on drawings, specifications, and project information. They would carry out material and quantity take-offs, develop bills of quantities, and price various interior elements including furniture, fixtures, joinery, and related work. The role involves reviewing technical documentation, liaising with internal teams, sourcing quotations, evaluating supplier options, and negotiating best value while maintaining quality standards.
