Le poste
Lead the design of screw pile and deep foundation systems with strong geotechnical interpretation.
Deliver practical, code-compliant engineering solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient field execution and fabrication integration.
Own design calculations, analyze geotechnical data and lab/field results, and produce clear technical reports.
Support and mentor project teams, drive internal capability growth, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to innovate, improve field operations, and reduce reliance on external contractors.
