Le poste
Lead strategy and execution of machine learning and advanced analytics across payments and treasury, identifying opportunities, framing problems with stakeholders, defining success criteria, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions (risk use cases welcome).
Own end-to-end delivery, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure production-ready, well-instrumented, and operationally sound systems.
Set technical standards and reusable tooling, integrating AI/LLMs where they meaningfully improve data processing, analysis, or decision-making.
Communicate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to executives and teams, grounding decisions in data and business context.
Drive multi-quarter roadmaps by translating ambiguous problems into data strategy and measurable outcomes.
Influence cross-functional partners and mentor senior ICs to maintain analytical rigor and impact.
