Le poste
Oversee end-to-end payroll administration with accuracy and timely processing.
Serve as the primary contact for the third-party payroll provider and coordinate with external partners.
Enter and maintain all employee data, including starters, leavers, changes, and non-standard payments such as bonuses and salary adjustments.
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Maintain accurate employee records across benefits platforms, including new enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Provide HR support (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations) as the role develops within a small HR team.
