Le poste
Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans for HR initiatives and programs.
Act as the communications liaison between HR and the broader Communications team to ensure unified, timely messaging.
Translate complex HR concepts into clear, audience-appropriate content for internal channels (intranet, newsletters, announcements).
Maintain an integrated HR communications calendar and manage a 14–30 day messaging pipeline, while coordinating recurring HR communications and meetings.
Support executive messaging coordination (CEO/CHRO) and lead employee engagement communications efforts.
Track deliverables, ensure timely completion, manage multiple initiatives, and uphold discretion when handling sensitive HR information.
