Le poste
Lead the strategic planning and development of human resources, ensuring alignment with organizational plans and regulatory requirements.
Direct and oversee recruitment, benefits, HR systems, organizational development, and skills development across directorates.
Drive performance management, occupational health and safety, employee wellness, and labour relations in compliance with legislation and collective agreements.
Manage HR budgets, tender processes, contracts, and the delivery of HR services to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate reporting, records management, and compliance with national regulations and Employment Equity policies.
Lead the implementation of HR information systems and foster strong internal and external stakeholder relations to support service delivery.
