Own the end-to-end social media strategy and execution, including influencer and referral programs.
Collaborate with designers and writers to create consistent, engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
Translate business and marketing objectives into social campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust in real time.
Develop monthly content calendars, manage customer feedback, and funnel leads to the appropriate teams.
Identify, build, and manage influencer opportunities and partnerships; conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
Present strategy, insights, and recommendations; stay current with platform updates and emerging channels.
