Le poste
Relocation to Tokyo required; lead a team of engineers and ML scientists to build enterprise-grade agentic AI and recommendation capabilities at scale.
Translate product goals into a technical strategy with milestones and execution plans, delivering high-quality, reliable software on a predictable cadence.
Design and ship agent frameworks, including planning/execution loops, tool calls, memory, retrieval, safety guardrails, and rigorous evaluation.
Define evaluation methodologies for agents—offline benchmarks, online experiments, success metrics, and human-in-the-loop review—aligned with the One Data Platform.
Drive stakeholder alignment, foster an autonomous culture, and manage rapid experimentation while maintaining security, privacy, and enterprise readiness.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Data/ML, and GTM teams to ensure model behavior meets user needs and business goals.
