Le poste
Serve as the primary liaison for US-funded programs, monitoring federal regulations, circulars, and standards related to financial management.
Develop and maintain US award-specific compliance documents, update online portals, and guide field offices in meeting donor requirements.
Coordinate financial close-outs, support audits, and address findings with timely documentation and recommendations.
Oversee SF-425 reports and other federal financial reporting, providing guidance to field missions on preparation and endorsement in PRIMA.
Analyze the financial status of globally implemented USG-funded projects, coordinate drawdowns via the PMS, and track donor receivables.
Provide training and knowledge sharing on US funding regulations, budgets, and compliance to relevant staff.
