Senior AI Software Engineer

You will build and own scalable, end-to-end generative AI services that can be integrated with multiple applications and support thousands of tenants in production.
This role focuses on integrating generative AI, adding citations and guardrails for LLMs, and leveraging the latest AI techniques to design robust agents.
You will participate in the full AI product development lifecycle, designing reusable ML workflows and pipelines in collaboration with AI Platform and Software Engineers.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Data Scientists, and Researchers to translate customer requirements into production-ready prototypes and services.
Drive automation, capacity planning, configuration management, performance tuning, monitoring, and incident response; participate in on-call rotations.
Required skills include Python, ML pipelines, LLMs, prompt engineering, and experience applying ML models to business applications; a strong problem-solving mindset is essential.
