Le poste
Serve as a Process Engineer focused on solving complex production problems across multiple process areas. Plan and execute R&D trials and process improvement experiments, ensuring safe operation and adherence to established safety rules and procedures. Analyze problems, develop practical solutions, and implement changes across departments. Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer with local teams. Maintain strong communication with operators, technicians, and managers to coordinate activities in a collaborative setting. Leverage fundamentals in chemistry, statistics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical systems to optimize processes and ensure reliable performance.
