Contact borrowers by phone and email to guide them through the loan application process and collect required documents.
Move applications through underwriting and quickly arrange closing with the customer.
Engage borrowers, highlight the benefits of the loan, and drive the transaction to close in 1-2 calls.
Manage a sales pipeline of up to 20 transactions at various stages and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Operate in a hybrid work environment with strong CRM usage and proactive, high-volume communication.
Succeed in a fast-paced, commission-driven setting by applying strong sales and customer service skills to help everyday people achieve their financial goals.
