Le poste
Develops new business in Georgia by targeting manufacturers and fabricators who outsource powder coating. Owns the estimating-to-sale cycle, including labor, materials, and line-speed considerations. Delivers ROI analyses and value-driven proposals to demonstrate project value and achieve a minimum close ratio. Builds and maintains long-term client relationships through consistent, value-added interactions. Collaborates with estimating, project management, and quality teams, serving as liaison to ensure on-time, profitable project delivery. Occasional travel to customer facilities and trade events, with focus on maintaining gross margins and continuous improvement.
