The Events & Sales Coordinator assists in managing conference and event bookings, building relationships with clients, and supporting sales and administrative tasks. They coordinate event planning details such as room layouts, catering, and AV needs, ensuring smooth execution on the day. The role involves being actively involved during events to address last-minute changes and guest requests efficiently. Candidates should possess strong organisational, communication and customer service skills, with previous experience in hospitality or events. IT confidence and familiarity with booking systems are advantageous. The position offers ongoing training, development prospects, and staff discounts.
