Le poste
Lead profitable sales growth and distribution across the Southeast UK for hand tools, DIY tools, and gardening products.
Develop and manage relationships with builders merchants, garden centres, retailers, and buying groups to drive new business and account expansion.
Cover field sales across the region, including Grantham to Norfolk, Milton Keynes, Cambridge, Reading, London, and surrounding towns.
Plan and execute trade shows, customer events, and quarterly sales meetings to increase brand presence and order intake.
Drive both direct and indirect sales through distributors, with a focus on new business development and distribution growth.
Requirements include proven field sales experience and knowledge of hand tools, DIY, or gardening products, with base in the Southeast UK.
