The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of high-profile, complex construction projects in a dynamic consultancy environment.
Key assignments include boutique hotel developments and contemporary leisure facilities.
You will manage multi-stakeholder interfaces, coordinating clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure project success.
Solid experience in project delivery, risk and cost control, and schedule management is essential.
Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts and best-practice procurement will support effective governance.
