Keystone Knowledge is seeking a skilled HR Manager to support a portfolio of education clients, including schools and trust organisations. The role involves managing employee relations casework, advising on disciplinary and performance issues, preparing documentation, and delivering HR training. The professional will coach managers, support restructuring and workforce projects, and maintain accurate records, working independently while escalating high-risk cases. The candidate must possess strong generalist HR experience, working with education environments, and hold CIPD Level 5 or higher. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, travel flexibility, and experience with safeguarding employment matters are essential. This full-time, home-based role offers flexibility, ongoing professional development, and collaborative support.
