An IT Support Specialist provides front-line and advanced technical support to clients, specialising in Microsoft 365, Intune, and security technologies. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across Windows, networks, and cloud services, managing Microsoft Intune configurations, and supporting security features like Defender and BitLocker. The role involves troubleshooting networking problems, assisting with migrations and upgrades, and maintaining documentation, predominantly working remotely with initial office onboarding. Candidates should have proven experience in an MSP or similar setting, strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, and robust troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities are essential, with a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and supporting client needs.
