The Project Change Manager role involves supporting and collaborating with business leads and delivery teams to ensure projects align with organisational needs and are delivered on time and to quality standards. The candidate will assist in tracking, reporting, and managing dependencies, risks, and issues related to project delivery. Supporting executive and leadership teams to foster sustainable change and enhancing internal project management capacity are key responsibilities.
