Le poste

The Software Support Specialist plays a vital role within the Immigration IT team, focusing on supporting and maintaining desktop and web applications. The role involves monitoring service requests, providing first-line user support, and managing account and data updates in SQL Server. The candidate is expected to develop and modify code within the .NET Framework, perform testing, and collaborate with developers to resolve bugs. A strong working knowledge of SQL, .NET, and web technologies is essential, alongside effective communication skills. The position requires a minimum of three years' experience and a relevant degree, with additional skills in Azure DevOps considered advantageous.
