Le poste
The HR Manager Services role in Mississauga involves managing biweekly payroll for approximately 180–200 employees, including administering wage adjustments, benefits, and government remittances. The incumbent maintains confidential employee records, prepares employment documentation, and ensures adherence to employment legislation and workplace policies. Responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. The role also supports recruitment, onboarding, health and safety compliance, and conducts audits at multiple GTA locations. Effective communication with various stakeholders and travel across GTA locations are essential skills for this position.
