Le poste
Lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of accounting and financial systems initiatives across the organization.
Oversee NetSuite ERP and related integrations, manage a team of business systems analysts, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
Own the roadmap for NetSuite and related systems, aligning with GAAP, audit readiness, and internal controls.
Drive process optimization and automation across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report functions.
Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations with retail platforms (Shopify, POS, WMS), ensuring data integrity and multi-entity consolidation.
Lead project delivery through Agile, oversee testing, change management, and documentation, and communicate progress to executives.
