Le poste
Responsible for independently validating and providing oversight of high-impact ML and AI models across credit, fraud, marketing, and collections.
Assess model soundness, data quality, and performance to identify risks and drive remediation with developers and business partners.
Develop and optimize ML solutions, preprocess large datasets, and deploy models into production using established tools and frameworks.
Monitor deployed models, evaluate performance, and implement governance to ensure compliance with enterprise risk standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into products and services, communicating complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with evolving regulatory and governance requirements (model risk, SR 11-7, OCC 2011-12, EU AI Act) and apply best practices in model risk management.
