A Digital PR Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated PR, SEO, content and social media strategies for global B2B clients. They act as a primary contact, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance to clients. The role involves creating campaign plans that align messaging, channels, and KPIs, based on industry insights, search behaviour, and cultural trends. They coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to deliver campaigns across various markets, measuring performance through coverage, engagement, search visibility and commercial outcomes. The role requires deep understanding of digital communications, excellent organisation skills, and a proactive approach to emerging digital trends, supporting long-term business growth.
