Le poste
Own and manage a book of employee benefits clients, driving retention, growth, and long-term success.
Serve as the primary relationship owner, collaborating with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.
Lead renewal processes for health and life coverages, including plan modeling and cost analysis.
Respond to client inquiries on coverage, enrollment, claims, and policy changes; educate clients and employees on benefits programs and regulatory updates.
Prepare proposals, presentations, stewardship reports, and support new client implementations.
Document activity in the agency management system and contribute to sales efforts while maintaining strong knowledge of products, contracts, and regulations.
