Le poste
Provide courteous, proactive customer service to shoppers, greeting customers and assisting with product needs.
Process sales on the POS, handle payments, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Recommend items, upsell, and suggest add-ons while resolving customer questions to ensure satisfaction.
Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, manage pricing, inventory, and displays.
Follow asset protection procedures, comply with laws on regulated products, and rotate stock using FIFO.
Support specialized services (photo area and web pickup), participate in training, and maintain a flexible schedule.
