Le poste
Own end-to-end event operations for conferences, sponsorships, and field marketing activations. Coordinate contracting, vendor communications, invoicing, and payment tracking with finance. Manage timelines, deliverables, booth setup, materials, shipping, and on-site readiness. Arrange travel for team members, align schedules, and build repeatable travel templates. Support pre-event and post-event marketing motions, including lead capture workflows and follow-up coordination. Create scalable internal playbooks and tracking systems to improve efficiency and reduce last-minute scramble.
