An understanding of AI production concerns such as latency, observability, and maintainability is essential. The position requires effective cross-team communication, a passion for applied AI and agentic systems, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions. Additional skills in AWS AI/ML, autonomous workflows, or regulated industries are advantageous.
