The role
A senior AI engineer designs, develops, and integrates artificial intelligence applications within end-to-end workflows, ensuring operational reliability, resilience, and safety. The role involves collaborating with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to bring AI solutions from concept to production while establishing best practices for orchestration, testing, and monitoring. Candidates should have a strong software engineering background, particularly in Python, and practical experience with AI services, large language models, or agentic AI frameworks. An understanding of AI production concerns such as latency, observability, and maintainability is essential. The position requires effective cross-team communication, a passion for applied AI and agentic systems, and the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions. Additional skills in AWS AI/ML, autonomous workflows, or regulated industries are advantageous.
