Le poste

Humber River Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within a fully digital hospital setting. The role involves managing medication therapy, overseeing drug profiles, verifying prescriptions using MEDITECH, and supporting pharmacy students as a clinical tutor. The pharmacist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes and promote safe medication practices. A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists are essential, along with hospital experience in unit dose medication. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise work are required to succeed in this role.
