GTS Group Ltd seeks an experienced IT Support Technician to provide first and second line support, troubleshoot desktop and network issues, and assist with infrastructure projects. The role involves managing Microsoft environments, cloud technologies, networking, endpoint management, and virtualisation. A proven track record in desktop support, strong Microsoft experience, and security clearance eligibility are essential.
