Le poste
An established Newcastle-based MSP seeks an experienced account manager to oversee and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts. The role involves acting as the primary contact for clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across managed services, cloud, security, and infrastructure. The account manager will maintain long-term relationships with client stakeholders, conduct reviews, and negotiate renewals and contracts. Collaboration with technical and delivery teams is essential to ensure client satisfaction and retention, along with exceeding revenue growth targets. Candidates should possess strong account management skills, commercial acumen, and an understanding of core MSP services, with the ability to manage a varied portfolio independently.
