Le poste
A conveyancing paralegal supports fee earners within the conveyancing team by managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. The role involves assisting with legal documentation, conducting property searches, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Candidates should possess experience in the legal sector, particularly in conveyancing, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. Familiarity with conveyancing processes and relevant legal software is also expected. The position operates from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a salary range of £23,000 to £26,000 per annum. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a legal environment.
