Le poste
An IT Support Specialist supports client IT systems through daily operations and project tasks, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting. They are responsible for maintaining Active Directory, Office 365, networking, and Intune, among other tools, ensuring smooth IT operations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for IT, with desirable knowledge of storage, cabling, and communication platforms like Mimecast and RingCentral. The role involves supporting clients onsite in Coventry for three days and remotely for two days, with travel to London as needed. The position requires adaptability, quick learning, and a proactive approach to expanding technical skills. The working hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm or 9 am to 5:30 pm, within a supportive and expanding team environment.
