Le poste
The hotel manager oversees daily operations including front of house, housekeeping and maintenance to ensure safety and service quality. They develop and motivate the team, implement strategies and manage guest satisfaction to meet organisational goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills and a good understanding of hotel management systems. The manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing budgets. Technical skills include property management software, staff scheduling tools and quality assurance processes.
