Lead the post-purchase content strategy and shape the customer-facing content across the digital ecosystem.
Define vision and strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure journeys are clear, competitive, and future-forward.
Apply information architecture and taxonomy to organize metadata for maximum discoverability and reuse.
Establish KPIs, work with analytics to monitor performance, and govern content quality through audits and standards (GEO/SEO, style guides, accessibility).
Collaborate with UX to improve user journeys, navigation, and engagement while advancing AI-ready content transformation and modular structures.
Operate as an influential individual contributor with global impact, owning standards, best practices, and stakeholder requirements.
