On-site Lead Customer Service Associate responsible for delivering prompt, courteous service and resolving customer issues on shift.
Provide training support to new customer service representatives and assist with shift supervision.
Perform merchandise build-to's to ensure accurate product placement and stock readiness.
Coordinate grocery orders and deliveries, and receive and verify vendor deliveries.
Maintain store operations during shifts with emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to maintain service standards and respond quickly to evolving retail needs.
