Manages all aspects of complex events from pre-event planning through post-event wrap-up, ensuring seamless service across departments and consistent client touchpoints.
Leads pre-event and post-event meetings, identifies operational challenges, and develops solutions to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Oversees group room blocks, meeting spaces, and on-site delivery of services, ensuring adherence to standards and budgets.
Upsells products and services during the event lifecycle and coordinates with sales and operations to optimize profitability.
Provides exceptional customer service, handles guest issues, and follows up post-event to close the loop.
Supports leadership in their absence and serves as the primary on-site contact for event planners, driving a positive guest experience and teamwork.
