Le poste
The Junior Business Development Associate drives sales campaigns for prospective client accounts in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
No prior sales or marketing experience is required; comprehensive coaching and development are provided.
Responsibilities include generating new sales in prospective accounts, understanding business operation processes, and engaging potential customers in one-on-one conversations.
Provide daily, accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management, and present clear, engaging solutions to potential customers.
Maintain high-volume outreach with excellent interpersonal skills, motivation, initiative, discipline, and professionalism; contribute to new marketing initiatives and events.
Additionally, you will coach and train junior staff on POS and SOPs and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients.
