A Business Data Analyst is required to support a risk and control function within a recognised financial institution in Belfast. The role involves analysing trading processes and data flows, identifying control gaps, and developing reporting and monitoring solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with trading, technology, and operations teams, conducting testing, producing management reports, and supporting audit activities. Candidates should have experience in markets or related functions, with strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, databases, and data analysis tools. Knowledge of traded products and control principles, along with stakeholder management ability, are essential for success in this position.
