Joinery & Heritage Craftsmen Ltd seeks a skilled carpenter and joiner experienced in traditional techniques and heritage restoration work. The role involves restoring timber sliding sash and casement windows to high standards for discerning clients, focusing on quality and conservation. Candidates should have experience in rot repair, glazing, splicing, and installing sash windows, with good knowledge of traditional joinery methods. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Formal safety and work site certifications are essential, including CSCS. Work involves local projects and occasional travel to the head office in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
