Lead data analytics initiatives for CRM-driven seller lifecycle processes, from recruitment and onboarding to ordering, to support retail growth.
Design and maintain data analytics systems and dashboards to monitor core KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
Prioritize KPI development requests, mentor junior analysts, and translate complex findings for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Define essential KPIs in the retail domain and deliver actionable insights to inform business strategy.
Continuously improve reports and data products using the latest methods and technologies.
Own project scoping, documentation, and end-to-end delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
