Le poste
Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining DB2 z/OS application databases to support development, testing, and production environments.
Design database objects, create and modify tables, indexes, and procedures, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Monitor, analyze, and tune performance; optimize SQL, adjust buffer pools, and implement partitioning when required.
Enforce security controls, manage access, encryption, masking, and auditing to protect sensitive data.
Develop and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies with regular restores and tested procedures.
Perform maintenance and upgrades using DB2 utilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide 24x7 support as needed; mentor teammates.
