Le poste
Oversee client service and communication for personal lines policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage renewals, remarkets, quotes, endorsements, AORs, and invoicing; monitor A/R and expiring policies.
Support claims processes and assist clients with MVRs, CLUE reports, and evidence of insurance.
Collaborate with underwriters and sales to craft solutions and close gaps in coverage.
Delegate tasks to Account Associates, mentor team members, and maintain productive, high-quality service standards.
Maintain rigorous records, provide reporting to leadership, and uphold core values and integrity.
