Le poste
Provide front desk support by greeting patients, checking in/out, and registering new and established patients.
Verify demographics, collect co-pays, update information, and assist with outstanding balances as needed.
Schedule appointments, manage work queues and recall lists in EPIC, and help maintain on-time schedules.
Communicate with patients via phone and patient portals (MyChart/MyLaheyChart), relay messages, and triage as required.
Coordinate insurance referrals and prior authorizations; handle billing inquiries and collaborate with PFS as needed.
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to update patients' status and ensure accurate documentation and smooth patient flow.
